Terms of Service – AutoAds

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AutoAds platform (“Service”). By accessing or using AutoAds, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AutoAds provides an automated advertising tool that allows users to generate, publish, and manage Meta advertising campaigns using artificial intelligence and the Meta Marketing API.

2. Eligibility

To use AutoAds, you must have a valid Facebook account and grant the necessary permissions (ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, public_profile).

3. Payments & Subscriptions

AutoAds is provided as a subscription service. Users agree to pay the applicable subscription fee for the selected plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they upload, ad targeting settings, budgets, and compliance with Meta advertising policies.

5. Use of Meta Platform Data

AutoAds may access Meta Platform Data only for:

• authentication and user login
• retrieving Facebook Pages the user manages
• creating and managing ad campaigns
• measuring ad performance
• displaying insights inside AutoAds

AutoAds does not share, sell, or disclose Meta Platform Data to third parties.

6. Data Deletion

Users may delete their Meta data at any time by removing AutoAds from their Facebook account settings or by submitting a request at:

7. Liability Disclaimer

AutoAds is not responsible for advertising performance, account bans, rejected ads, or any actions performed by Meta systems. Users acknowledge that advertising results are not guaranteed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for misuse, policy violations, or harmful behavior.
